4. Scheduling, Payment & Financing

Payment is due as set out in your service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of work and applicable fees. Financing options, where offered, are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to their separate terms, approval, and conditions. We are not responsible for lender decisions or financing terms.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Requests to cancel or reschedule should be made as early as possible. Cancellation, deposit, and refund terms, if any, are described in your individual service agreement.

6. Communications & SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, email, SMS/text message, and other electronic means regarding your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.
